Anthropology 101 on the Giant Map
July 22 , 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Anthropology is the scientific study of human culture. In this program, we will use the 25 by 35 foot Giant Map of the Lake Champlain watershed to reflect on our role in the cultures of the basin. We will also discuss the anthropology of climate change and visitors can join in for hands-on activities designed for families and visitors of all ages!
This program will take place outside on the flagpole green just outside of the Hoehl Family Visitor and Education Center. Program will be subject to inclement weather. Registrations ahead of time are appreciated but not required.
