Job Purpose
The Lake Champlain Maritime Museum seeks a seasonal Bookkeeping Assistant one day per week (M-F, day negotiable and flexible) to assist the finance office bookkeeping tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Obtaining proper documentation for all expenses
- Posting of all transactions in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Good with numbers, reliable, accurate and detail oriented
- Some experience in bookkeeping
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Reliable with a high degree of personal integrity
Compensation
$13/hour,
1 day per week
